Laid Bare II: Ancient Prophesy, Epic Conflict and Destiny

Children looking at a black sun

Laid Bare II

Sickly pale horse roams,
King of the north seeks his dream,
The golden dome looms.

Sword-wielding allies,
Try to resolve the slaughter?
Blotting out the screams.

Disconnected world,
Isolation turns it black,
Sheol’s curtain unveiled.

Ghostly king takes shape,
Despised civilians pillored,
The blessed meek breached.

Childless women emerge,
No fear in death’s valley,
Screaming at the king:

Our blood stains the land,
Genocidal shame evolves,
Humanity fades.
