A President Could Shoot You & Never Face A Judge

Divided They Stand

Supreme Court divided over absolute immunity,
Whether to grant a President papal infallibilty.
A policy shaping democracy for years to come –
Soon it will be legal to grab em by the pussy,
Shed a fistful of dollars when shit gets Stormy,
Shielded by lofty Judges while felonies bulky.

Personal or private there’s no distinciton –
If he’s in the White House or acting civilian.
But if a President decides upon a military coup?
Capo dei capi is red or blue.
