Like a Hollywood Movie: Fires, Karma, and Worldwide Chaos

By No Comments1 min read
A surreal depiction of Los Angeles in the style of Salvador Dali. The-scene features Hollywood on fire

Like a Movie

Today in L.A.,
It’s like an acutal movie,
Switch on the T.V.,
Everybody needs to see.

Budget to fight fires
Cut by the millions yet
Billions siphoned off for
War in Gaza and Ukraine.

Now the rich and famous
Shed buckets of tears,
A scene so dramatic
It seems insane.

With devil wind speed
Raging fires devour,
Whipped by a vengeful breath,
Contorting Hollywood’s nature.

Ashes to ashes
And dust is a must.
Fattened pockets can’t prevent
A broken man’s dream.

A fascist beat Kamala
But God promised you this:
Hellfire for the preposterous
Because Karma’s a bitch.

Today in L.A.,
It’s like an actual movie
Switch on the T.V.,
Everybody needs to see.
