Mental fatigued.
The cost of living
Suppressing.
No longer the headline

Beergate, Partygate
Fiery hate
In Afghanistan,
Syria and Mali.
The list is endless –
Sorry.
Covid
Rarely on the agenda
Yet I’ve been attending
Funerals regular.
I need air,
Let me go for a walk.
As soon I step out
John wants to talk:
“I’ve got a car
But can’t even fuel it.
Cupboard full of food
But can’t even heat it.
Never mind my sister
And family of five.
Veteran brother and
His fractured mind.”
