friday the 13th

“Friday the 13th” is a dark satirical poem exploring financial chaos, market panic and the fragility of powerful institutions during times of crisis.

dead by daylight

friday the 13th
& it’s repo time.

Freddie executing
a heinous crime.

robbing barons
of their trillions.

dominions
now worth a dime.

he blew a germ
into a global market –

spread panic
then entered

with machete
gloved hand.

the stewards
scream & scatter

but like a bear
lost a cub

he’s murderously
slashing.

numbers perish
& fall through
the floor.

the carnage evolves
as we speak.
